Respecting the Tranquility of Our Residential Oasis: Welcome to our serene vacation rental nestled in a peaceful residential enclave, ideal for your poolside retreat. To preserve the tranquility of our community, we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a considerate and neighborly environment during your stay. To uphold the excellence of our homes and the serene ambiance of our neighborhoods, all guests are required to adhere to both city and house regulations. The city strictly prohibits disruptive elements such as loud noise and music, with an emphasis on restricting parties, events, and street parking. Quiet hours, from 9:00 pm to 10:00 am, are implemented to ensure a restful atmosphere, and overnight guests must not surpass the property's designated occupancy. Permit #2837 Additionally, as of 2023, the cost of natural gas in California has tripled. Pool heating during your visit is optional, incurring an additional $100/night fee, encompassing spa usage. Alternatively, selecting spa-only heating incurs a charge of $50/night, applicable for the entire stay. Kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance regarding your preference. Please be advised that the pool and spa settings are monitored; failure to provide prior notification will result in a $100/night charge for pool/spa heating. Furthermore, we extend a warm welcome to your canine companions, with a pet fee of $125. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a delightful and harmonious experience for all.

Located in the rocky northwest corner of Palm Springs, just south of Chino Canyon on the edge of the Little Tuscany neighborhood, sit half a dozen or so architecturally significant private homes, including the Kaufman Desert House, built between the mid 1940s and the late 1960s. Although some of the houses are not as visible from the street as most modernists would prefer, there’s still enough to see and appreciate in this area. Only 5 minutes from down town Palm Springs.
